Android + iOS + Windows

Cleargram

ClearGram is a Telegram-compatible 'safe' messaging client that connects to the real Telegram network via TDLib but layers a policy-based restriction engine on top - blocking risky features (bots, channels, secret chats, self-destruct, calls, media) by default while letting parents/schools/orgs grant narrow per-entity exceptions.

Scope of delivery

Built ClearGram as a full multi-platform 'restricted Telegram' product: native Android/iOS/Windows TDLib clients, a NestJS (Fastify) backend, a Next.js admin portal, a background worker and billing/licensing - in a pnpm + Turborepo monorepo with Docker, GitLab CI and Terraform.

02 Business Challenge

Build a safe, curated version of Telegram where risky messaging features are blocked by default but can be selectively allowed for specific users, groups and channels - delivered across Android, iOS and Windows.
