Scope of delivery

Built AutoGateSantry, a self-contained boom-barrier gate controller. Developed a Python Flask + Gunicorn web application with a first-boot setup wizard and a modern admin dashboard, implemented plate recognition with an ONNX fast-alpr pipeline (YOLO plate detection + fast-plate-ocr) and OpenCV scanning, and wired the barrier service to open/close the boom gate via serial port, shell command, or HTTP relay.

03 Our Solution

Built AutoGateSantry, a self-contained boom-barrier gate controller. Engineered the ANPR service with an Indian-plate normalizer that repairs common OCR errors and validates against state RTO codes and BH-series formats. Containerized the whole stack (Flask app, embedded MongoDB, ONNX ANPR and OpenCV) into a single Docker image with a persistent volume for evidence and plate images, plus support for Linux gate-box hardware (webcam and USB/serial barrier controllers) and offline air-gapped deployment.
