Developed a Python Flask + Gunicorn web application with a first-boot setup wizard and a modern admin dashboard, implemented plate recognition with an ONNX fast-alpr pipeline (YOLO plate detection + fast-plate-ocr) and OpenCV scanning, and wired the barrier service to open/close the boom gate via serial port, shell command, or HTTP relay.
